This is the information we need to know to make your booking:

• Name of school, organization or group
• Name, address, phone, plus fax or email address of the person booking
• Preferred date(s) and time(s)
• Number in group
• Number gold panning (schools only; all other groups have gold panning included in price)
• Optional extras chosen
